A continuation of Part A with seven additional themes introduced to guide your life story writing.

GAB CLASSES via ZOOM

Seven-week Guided Autobiography Classes will start in late Winter and early Spring 2024. Class size is capped at six participants. Four participants are needed to offer a class. The cost is only $159.00 per seven-week class.

You will leave the class with not seven - but 10, two-page, thematic life stories about yourself.

But wait…To jumpstart classes for 2024, I am cutting the fee by 50% for Part A. Scholarships will be available on a

first-come, first-approved basis.

Classes will meet for

2 to 2 ½ hours per session.

Blessing Letters

It’s not a will. A legacy letter can express your good will to your loved ones in your own words. Classes and fees TBD.

Iowana is an experienced Life Story Writer herself, having started writing her own life story two pages at a time in 2013. She is a certified Guided Autobiography (GAB) Instructor/Coach (USC Birren Autobiographical Center). Although her intent is not to publish her stories at this time, publishing your own life story is certainly an option as you delve into the art of memoir writing with Iowana.
